About Sam Gorniak
Fueled by Mission Excellence, I was the the Mortgage Broker with Mettle Mortgage and a dual-licensed Florida Realtor and Mortgage Loan Originator. I’ve recently joined forces with Atlantic Trust Mortgage to ensure clients receive faster closings, expanded lending solutions, and elevated support whenever it’s needed most. This collaboration allows my customers to benefit from streamlined communication, competitive loan options, and a true one-stop real estate experience.
With over $750 million in closed real estate volume across 1,000+ transactions, I bring deep market expertise and proven execution to every deal. Being dual licensed allows me to bridge the gap between lending and real estate, eliminating friction, shortening timelines, and helping buyers and sellers confidently navigate Florida’s competitive market.
Before founding Mettle Mortgage, I proudly served in the United States Navy, retiring at the rank of Senior Chief (E-8). I later earned an MBA with a concentration in Project Management, attended law school briefly, and became certified in Project Management, CAPA, and Six Sigma while holding leadership roles in the manufacturing sector. In 2018, I transitioned fully into real estate, where my passion for people and performance truly aligned.
Beyond serving clients, I’ve built my own wealth through real estate—personally buying, selling, and managing residential and commercial properties, as well as participating in multiple real estate flips. This firsthand investor experience allows me to advise clients not just as a professional, but as someone who actively practices what he teaches.
